PURCHASE ORDERS
DaycareAtoZ.com accepts purchase orders from state, county and all national level government agencies and their subsidiaries.

For ease of tracking your order, you may shop online and enter in your PO number during the payment portion of our checkout. Upon 'check-out' please fax in your original purchase order to the number above. If you do not fax in your purchase order documentation, your order will be delayed. Orders are processed in 24 business hours.
If your purchase requires additional freight, you will be contacted for approval. Be sure your contact information and fax number are included on your purchase order.

LAYAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To use layaway, shop online and select 'Layaway Request' during checkout at payment time. A 20 Percent Deposit is required on all Layaways, and payments must be made on the 15th of each month. A representative will contact you to schedule your first deposit payment and explain your payment schedule. Shipping charges are not included in your layaway amount and must be paid last. Please see our Terms of Layaway below:
Terms and Conditions of Layaway
1) Deposit. A 20 Percent Deposit is required to open a Layaway. Once the deposit is made, you agree to purchase the items on layaway and cannot change the order. One layaway per order.
2) Payments. Payments are due on the 15th of each month in equal installments (based on your order total) and shipping is paid last, as final payment. We will send a payment schedule via email, fax or mail once you have spoken to a representative. Payments are due in equal installments and can be paid over 90 days, unless you request and we agree to a longer period.
Your account will reflect each payment made, the amount and date. Checks must clear before funds are allocated to your layaway order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and checks.
3) Shipping. Shipping will be calculated at a standard rate, unless items ship freight. Additional Freight charges may apply and will vary due to fuel prices, location, delivery type, etc., and must be paid last as final payment. A final freight quote will be given to you before the final shipping payment is due.
4) Prices and price changes. Purchased prices are good for 90 days, unless a layaway is made less than 90 days from the end of the current year. New pricing may apply to orders that carry over into a new year as manufacturer pricing may change. Coupons can not be added to a Layaway after the order is made. Current specials should be noted and applied at the time of your layaway order.
5) Merchandise availability. We will order your merchandise when the Layaway is paid in full. We do not hold merchandise.
6) Shipping and Returns. All Layaway orders follow the same store shipping lead times and return policies.
7) Layaway service charges. We do not charge a service fee for Layaways.
8) NSF fees are charged to the customer at $40.00 per NSF. Declined credit cards are not charged an NSF fee.
9) Refunds and cancellations. You may cancel a layaway order, and we will apply credit toward a future purchase. We do not refund canceled orders.
